You need a good pair of leggings or comfortable track pants,
really comfortable trainers and really supportive underwear and a hair tie. For
me this is essential. Keeping warm and dry when exercising outdoors is also
a big must, there is nothing worse then the thoughts of going for a run and you
look outside and its grey, and cold. Channelling your own personal style is also
key, don’t try wear something your not comfortable in you need to wear what
works for you because at the end of the day, your doing this for you and you
have to work out for like 10-60 minutes in it so it MUST be comfortable!!!
I bought some gorgeous new sports pieces from Cotton On
today, there are so many great sports ranges out there right now that don’t break
the bank and that are fun and colourful. You don’t have to spend $$$ lots of
dollars on sports wear. A couple of basic tees and some good supportive, comfortable
leggings and your good to go.
Getting back in to a fitness routine or even just starting can be really difficult, and day 1 is always the hardest but once you start i can honestly say you feel amazing and you don't ever want to stop.
