For me its all about the eyebrow. I absolutely love a defined brow, because I believe it shapes and frames your face. I have naturally dark hair so for me, I have to use a dark colour in them to shape and define them. I don't use a black I always use a medium to dark brown because I think black just makes your brows look like you have used a black marker.
The brand I love and use is Christian Eye Brow Make up, why do I love it ? Its waterproof it comes with great stencils and a great step by step guide and most importantly it appears natural and full :)

Place the Stencil over your eye brow following the shape of your brow, then by using your brush fill in with light strokes until the stencil has been completely filled in. Remove the stencil and have a look at the shape you have created. If you require more colour then place the stencil back over the brow and repeat the first step.
