Today is my 3rd day back training after having about 10 weeks off. I genuinely was not looking forward to this week of training as I knew every single inch of me would ache.
This morning I had an early session with my trainer, and he really kicked my ass. Afterwards I said to myself, if i can do that and survive I can do anything. Sometimes you can almost talk yourself out of doing something because you think it will be too hard and that you will fail, well i realized that nothing is impossible, and you just got to kick some Major ASS and get it done. As a result I feel energetic, happy, i wont lie i do ache but Im happy and thats the main thing.
Dont give up, keep fighting, and kick some Ass….. :)
